Well, actually I thought so, as Firefox forces to reload all parts (even images) on Ctrl+F5, which I pressed a lot of times.
But as I just read your answer, I revisited the page myself and saw the information too, even without Ctrl+F5.

I can't confirm this. When I visit your page and login as instructed, I see a working editor. On clicking the help icon I see the regular "about" page with the correct version number. After clicking the "plugins" tab the editor lists all loaded plugins properly as expected.

Have you made sure that your browser has its cache cleared?

I seem to have it working now, although it doesn't show the version number in the about box and the "loaded plugins" section in the about box is empty.
I had to add additional files from the language pack (at least it seems that did the job).
Thanks for your help though, and if we can get the rest working too, please tell me how

Hi folks,

I have the TinyMCE 3.4b3 set up on a web page and it works great.
But now I want to upgrade it to a non beta version, so I downloaded the 3.5 version, deleted the tiny_mce folder from my web server and uploaded the tiny_mce folder from the download, but then the textarea control stayed visible.
Then I did just the same, but with the 3.4.9 version, but with the same effect.
The (after deleting again) I reuploaded the 3.4b3 version and it works again.
So here's the question: What do I have to change for the 3.5 version to work on that page?
I double checked the javascript part, with close to no differences, which I tested too.
The differences are: mode : "exact", elements : "text" in 3.4b3 to mode : "textareas" in 3.5.
