Topic: Where is the Insert File button?

So I bought File Manager and it looks trivia but I can't see to find the Insert File button to use on my menu bar.  Yes, there is an icon in link/image buttons but when I look at the on-line full-feature example, there is an "Insert File" button which can come in handy for my editors...

You need to add the insertfile button to the button list.

Thanks.  I don't think this button is in the wiki button list....
