Ok made log works ,i should create the folder called logs  inside the imagemanager smile

Have you defined the preview.urlprefix it tends to be confused if you do that.

I am having the same difficulty on a live server. The server is hosted by Plesk, and the problem is that I don't have the NETWORK_SERVICE user (don't have RDP acess, can only grant permissions through Plesk).

I have a problem with the imagemananger not showing thumbnails, but I cannot log files, I just enabled logfiles and put it to debug, that's it. I granted all users full access to the logs folder in /imagemananger, but nothing appears.

Did you set both options log.enabled=true and log.level=debug.
